MAGWest 2026 is taking place at the DoubleTree by Hilton in San Jose, CA. San Jose is located in the South Bay of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Parking
We are expecting a large number of attendees this weekend, especially with single day attendees for Saturday. The DoubleTree may have parking attendants onsite directing traffic, but there is a decent chance the parking lot will fill up later in the day on Friday and Saturday. To avoid any issues, we recommend arriving early, carpooling as necessary, or taking public transportation/rideshares if it’s an option for you.
Hotel Parking (not reserved)
If you’re able to find space in the DoubleTree parking lot, park and pay via the QR code found on signs all over the parking lot or other signage inside the hotel. Use code AF95CBCB when paying for parking – the daily rate is $10/day or $15/night if you stay overnight.
Reserved/Overflow Parking
You can park across the street from the hotel by reserving and pre-paying for your parking via ParkWhiz at $5/day. This is a good option for those who know the dates/times of their visit in advance.
You must print out your own parking pass and keep it visible in your car for the duration of your stay.
If both of these lots are full, you can park at Spring Park SJC (airport parking) from their website. This parking garage is unfortunately a few blocks away, but it should be a quick walk.
Flights
The DoubleTree by Hilton is conveniently located almost directly next to San Jose International Airport (SJC).
Once landing at SJC, the DoubleTree is a short 10-15 minute walk from the terminal.
If you’re staying onsite at the DoubleTree, a shuttle leaves every 20 minutes to/from the airport. Please contact the DoubleTree for more information.
Public Transit
If you are coming from the peninsula and San Francisco, the nearest Caltrain station to the venue is Santa Clara Station on the opposite side of the airport. Note that not all trains stop at Santa Clara Station. If you want to get off at San Jose Diridon Station instead, see the instructions below to transfer to the VTA light rail.
From Santa Clara Station, take the VTA 60 Line in the eastbound direction towards Milpitas, and get off at Brokaw and 1st. Stay on the south side of Brokaw and head west, crossing the highway until you reach the intersection of Gateway Pl/Technology Dr. Cross Brokaw/Airport, and the DoubleTree will be on the right.
If you are coming from the East Bay, the nearest BART station to the venue is the Milpitas BART Station. From the Milpitas BART Station, take the VTA 60 Line and then follow the instructions above once you arrive at 1st and Brokaw.
Note that for 2026, BART service will be delayed on Saturday and Sunday due to track work. Please go to BART.gov to plan ahead.
For different routes via VTA, you can also use Karina Court Station (1) or Metro/Airport Station via the Blue and Green light rail lines on First St. From these stations, walk to the south side of Brokaw Rd, and walk southwest to the corner of Airport Pkwy and Gateway Pl/Technology Dr. Cross Airport Pkwy, and the DoubleTree is on this corner.
